Simplified T&C

Contract

All services to be provided by the coach to the client will primarily be delivered via tele-coaching (Zoom, Google Hangouts or similar means), as designed jointly with the client.

Where the client specifically requests/requires in-person coaching a travel fee will be added to the monthly invoice.

For coaching to be effective it must be consistent. However, if a cancellation of a session is required a minimum of 24hrs notice (by email) is required. At which point a replacement appointment will be scheduled in that week whenever possible. All sessions must be completed in the given month.

Cancellation policy

The client can end coaching at any time after the first 3-month period. In order to terminate this contract, the client must provide notice in writing 30 days in advance.

All travel and other agreed-upon expenses incurred by GK|BC Leadership must be paid in full before termination of the coaching agreemtnt.

It is mutually agreed that this contract will be executed in English.

All contracts are binding as per international law.
