souvent tendance \u00e0 se mettre une pression \u00e9norme pour \u00eatre \u201cparfait\u201d \u2014 et c\u2019est clairement l\u2019un de mes (nombreux) blocages.<\/p>\n<p>Cette esp\u00e8ce de culte vou\u00e9 aux superstars \u2014 qu\u2019elles soient issues du monde des affaires, du divertissement ou de la science \u2014 fausse totalement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : la plupart d\u2019entre eux trottait dans la t\u00eate : qu\u2019est-ce qui me donne le droit de donner des conseils sur ce sujet ?<br \/>Ce n\u2019est pas comme si ma vie \u00e9tait exempte de probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Mais comme le dit l\u2019expression : \u00ab C\u2019est l\u00e0 que le b\u00e2t blesse. \u00bb<br \/>Prenez n\u2019importe quel bon conseil donn\u00e9 par un leader, dans n\u2019importe quel domaine \u2014 il y a de fortes chances que la personne qui l\u2019a \u00e9crit n\u2019\u00e9tait pas parfaite non plus.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><blockquote>\n<p>Le fait est que nous avons tous besoin d&rsquo;entendre les m\u00eames conseils encore et encore pour exercer une pression positive derri\u00e8re nos bonnes intentions. fait \u00e9liminer bien des fois, et Thomas Edison a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises \u2014 mais ils ont continu\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 r\u00e9ussir.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce que cela veut dire qu\u2019ils avaient tout compris ?<br \/>\nProbablement pas. Si vous leur aviez pos\u00e9 la question, ils vous auraient s\u00fbrement dit qu\u2019\u00e0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre, ils ne se sentaient pas \u00e0 la hauteur.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, comment font les gens \u00ab \u00e0 succ\u00e8s \u00bb ?<br \/>\nComment arrivent-ils \u00e0 \u00ab garder le cap \u00bb ?<\/p>\n<p>Les leaders trouvent un moyen de tenir un peu plus longtemps.<br \/>\nIls semblent capables de tol\u00e9rer le stress, les critiques et m\u00eame le rejet assez longtemps pour finir par obtenir un r\u00e9sultat positif.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas de l\u2019ent\u00eatement aveugle : il faut un plan solide, valid\u00e9, avec des preuves concr\u00e8tes de progression. Pourquoi cela ne pourrait-il pas simplement \u00eatre suffisamment bon pour maintenant ?<br \/>\nQuand on y pense, c\u2019est tout ce qu\u2019on a vraiment : le moment pr\u00e9sent.<br \/>\nL\u2019id\u00e9e g\u00e9niale d\u2019hier est vite oubli\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui \u2014 ou, au mieux, elle devient une note de bas de page dans l\u2019histoire.<br \/>\nQuelqu\u2019un se souvient encore de Netscape ou des jeans Bedazzled ?<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><blockquote>\n<p>Dans son livre <em>\u201cThe Slight Edge\u201d<\/em>, l\u2019auteur Jeff Olson souligne que de petits gains progressifs m\u00e8nent \u00e0 de grands changements.<br \/>En tant qu\u2019entrepreneurs ou dirigeants, au lieu de viser le coup de circuit \u00e0 tout prix, essayez quelque chose de plus petit et g\u00e9rable.<br \/>Un bon MVP (Produit Minimum Viable) peut cr\u00e9er une boucle de r\u00e9troaction positive dopaminergique pour vous et votre \u00e9quipe.<br \/>Cela leur donnera le renforcement n\u00e9cessaire pour viser la prochaine r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div
