pos\u00e9 la question :<br \/>\nEst-ce un v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me ou simplement un autre exemple o\u00f9 les m\u00e9dias et certains consultants aiment transformer une taupini\u00e8re en 1946 et 1964) repr\u00e9sentaient 30\u202f% de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u2014 un chiffre qui \u00e9volue rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00eame rapport estime que d\u2019ici 2029, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10\u202f000 baby-boomers prendront leur retraite chaque jour.<br \/>\nCe chiffre est bas\u00e9 sur un \u00e2ge de retraite de 65 ans.<br \/>\nMais dans un march\u00e9 du travail ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019information, beaucoup continueront \u00e0 travailler bien au-del\u00e0 de cet \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: grande diversit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e2ges repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans la plupart des entreprises. Je travaille actuellement avec une petite \u00e9quipe o\u00f9 une personne de 24 ans collabore avec un coll\u00e8gue de 69 ans.<br \/>\n\u00ab\u202fEt alors ?\u202f\u00bb pourriez-vous dire \u2014 et dans une petite structure, je serais tent\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre d\u2019accord. Mais qu\u2019en est-il lorsqu\u2019on parle de dizaines, voire de centaines d\u2019employ\u00e9s (sans parler des entreprises comptant des dizaines de milliers de collaborateurs) ?<\/p>\n<p>Les grandes organisations doivent composer avec des enjeux complexes li\u00e9s aux politiques internes, \u00e0 l\u2019assurance, aux cong\u00e9s maladie, au mobilier de bureau ou encore \u00e0 la configuration des espaces de travail (eh oui, m\u00eame l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des bureaux peut devenir un probl\u00e8me).<br \/>\nOn entend souvent des experts expliquer que les motivations des personnes ayant grandi dans les ann\u00e9es 70, 80 ou 90 diff\u00e8rent nettement de celles des mill\u00e9niaux et de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z.<br \/>\nPour en savoir plus sur ce que disent les experts concernant les diff\u00e9rences entre ces groupes d\u2019\u00e2ge, consultez cet article de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bamboohr.com\/blog\/manage-multigenerational-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bamboo HR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/strong><br \/>\nEn tant que propri\u00e9taire ou dirigeant d\u2019entreprise, vous devez apprendre \u00e0 naviguer des eaux parfois complexes pour offrir un environnement propice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de vos collaborateurs et une culture d\u2019entreprise \u00e0 laquelle chacun peut s\u2019identifier.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 a-t-elle vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 si diff\u00e9rente par le pass\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce qui fonctionnait hier fonctionne encore aujourd\u2019hui.<\/strong><br \/>\nLes styles et cultures de bureau ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 radicalement depuis les ann\u00e9es 90 \u2014 surtout avec l\u2019essor des start-ups technologiques devenues des g\u00e9ants comme Microsoft, Apple, Google ou Facebook.<br \/>\nLes tables de baby-foot, les jeux vid\u00e9o et les open spaces font d\u00e9sormais leur apparition jusque dans des cabinets comptables.<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait penser que ces nouvelles tendances discriminent les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. Si l\u2019on d\u00e9passe les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, on ne peut qu\u2019en convenir.<br \/>\nUn jeune de 25 ans d\u00e9sireux de faire ses preuves en 2021 est-il si diff\u00e9rent de celui de 1985 ?<br \/>\nPeut-\u00eatre dans la mani\u00e8re de s\u2019exprimer, mais sur le fond, dans ce qui compte vraiment, pas tant que \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Je n\u2019ai encore rien lu qui affirme que la structure du cerveau humain ou sa chimie ait radicalement chang\u00e9 depuis les ann\u00e9es 60.<\/p>\n<p>Comprendre ce qui motive une personne et ce qui la valorise a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi pour les employeurs.<br \/>\nMais les bases restent les m\u00eames : savoir ce qu\u2019une personne valorise et comment la traiter avec respect entra\u00eene, dans la plupart des cas, une r\u00e9action r\u00e9ciproque.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:5px;margin-bottom:15px;width:100%;\"><div r\u00e9int\u00e9grer les hommes traumatis\u00e9s par la guerre.<\/p>\n<p>Traiter les gens comme des \u00eatres humains plut\u00f4t que comme des \u00e9tiquettes a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le secret des employeurs r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis et bienveillants pour b\u00e2tir des \u00e9quipes solides et engag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box
